We are pleased to announce two important developments: the expansion of our scope of accreditation to include electrical testing in accordance with Certificate Annex D-PL-18566-01-02 [Flex A], as well as the increased flexibility of our scope of accreditation under Category C in accordance with Certificate Annex D-PL-18566-01-01 [Flex C].
The expansion of our accreditation to include electrical testing [Flex A] is an important step toward the consistent further development of our accredited testing services. We can now offer our customers established testing services - that have already been part of our service portfolio - in an accredited capacity within the corresponding scope of accreditation. This means that our existing professional and technical expertise in this area is now also confirmed by accreditation.
With [Flex C], we have the most comprehensive of the three flexibility categories within the defined scope. This enables us to respond more quickly and precisely to new, changed, or customer-specific testing requirements. Testing procedures can be adapted, further developed, or newly established as needed. This also includes qualified in-house procedures as well as new editions of factory standards not publicly available.For our customers,
[Flex C] means greater leeway for challenging testing tasks, faster response times to new requirements, and, at the same time, the assurance of a testing laboratory accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025.
